Although the Falling Sky Brewery only opened back in January of 2012 it has made quite a splash in our Eugene community. They make it a point to use seasonal local produce, and local meats. With seasonality a key factor in their dishes, it means they add new delicious menu items throughout the year. The prices may be a little more than the normal campus eatery, but let me tell you it is worth every penny. I had the opportunity to sit down with one of the Owners Rob, who was extremely down to earth and was enthused to be able to give me a look around. If you aren’t 21 don’t let that scare you away, because the staff and the atmosphere of Falling Sky is something that you would regret not trying. There are two locations here in Eugene, Falling Sky Delicatessen 790 Blair Blvd and Falling Sky Brewing House 1334 Oak Alley.
